Shipping

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 weeks of being placed.

Each item is sent directly from our supplier, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

If tracking is available for your order, we'll email it to you once your order has been sent.

Delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and major sales, or because of customs checks. If your order hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Damaged items
If anything arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy. We'll replace it or refund you.
